      Hey Anony,
      It may happens when your Mic is not configure correctly with the Viber app just go in the settings of Viber app and then check out the Mic and Speaker (Sound) settings and then restart the App Player and try to make call again...

      This may surely solve this problem sometimes Viber doesn't able to recognize the Mic settings because you installing it on a Pc/Laptop..

      the status SENT means the recipient's viber app is not ON (may not connected to the internet). the status will be changed to DELIVERED when they get the message.. also would like to add if you're calling someone and the status says CALLING (it means the viber is OFF). if it says RINGING and it just keeps on ringing, it means they're ignoring your calls. LOL

      by the way, I'm installing it now on my laptop. I came across a comment that says they can't pick up incoming calls? how about messages, can I keep my viber "online" on pc and get messages whenever my friends wants to send me a message?

      If you are using a mobile phone for making calls or sending text messages then just hold the "*" Key for sometime to get the "+" sign...And in PC your keyboard have the "+" Button..

    Hi, I've downloaded Bluestacks successfully, but whenever I try to install Viber it gives me this error. "com.viber.voip requires high performance graphics which are not supported by your graphics hardware or drivers.

    I've managed to install viber on BlueStacks and that is fine.

    The only problem comes when I try to have viber working on my phone as well as PC at the same time, but this seems to not work because upon setting my viber on mobile it logs out the viber on bluestacks and vice versa although I have two different viber codes for the same number...

    any ideas how can I have it setup on both ?

    Hi, i installed Viber and Bluestacks and both is working properly. problem is when my friend invite me to join a group in viber it says that i need to update my viber version (currently viber 2.1.6 and i guess i need the 2.2 ver to join the group).have tried to search viber and re-install on blueStacks but still only got the 2.1 ver.     I downloaded bluestacks from their official website but it doesn't install. It just says installing but doesn't. I have a Toshiba NB305-N310 (mini laptop) and am running windows XP. Please solve my query!

      Hello Neeraj,

      Maybe your Laptop hangs while installing the Bluestacks as the app player is heavy so it requires high volume of disk space and lots of free RAM before installing the player.

      So first make your RAM free and then try to install the Bluestack app.

    I easily installed the Bluestack and is running well with all applications. The only problem i am facing is that other users cannot hear my voice in viber.       Viber dials only those numbers which is registered with Viber.If the person are not registered with Viber then you should not able to make call to that number.And that's why Viber crashes...

      It means Your PC didn't have or less than 1GB RAM, and that's why Bluestacks is not installing in your PC because it wants minimum of 1 GM RAM in your PC..

    For downloading nearly how much time it will take i mean bluestack..For me it is taking too much timeit is showing installing bluestacks..nee d urget reply

      It depends on your Internet speed, the Bluestacks app player is a heavy app of 80 MB that's why it will take some time..

    hi i have downloaded bluestacks and chose viber. It asks for my mobile number and i provided it. But i did not receive an sms access code on my mobile number in order to proceed the set up. what is my next step in this regard? thanks
